Phoenix Surverying Equipment
19 May 2012

This year’s Ride for Precious Lives takes place from 22nd to 24th June and will once again see 100 intrepid cyclists take to the roads over 3 days on a 200 mile sponsored ride. A four strong team from Phoenix will be joining the other riders as they set off from St Austell which is home to Little Harbour, the CHSW’s third hospice. They will then be passing by Little Bridge House, the original hospice and then finally on to Charlton Farm in Bristol, the location of the second hospice. The route will bring 75 miles of cycling on day one and two, with 50 miles on day three as they notch up 200 miles in the saddle riding between the hospices.

Over the last 3 years the event has raised over £200,000!

Children’s Hospice South West became Phoenix Surveying Equipment’s official sponsored charity in 2010 and we have continued to support them throughout 2011 and in to 2012.

The hospice offers care to life-limited children and their families from across the South West and are the only organisation in this area to provide such care. Some families may use the hospice for many years, from the time the child is first diagnosed as having an incurable condition which will mean they will die in childhood.

In order to continue their vital work CHSW needs your support. Every penny and every smile you help them to raise makes a big difference to the children and families who need their services.

Please show your support and click here to donate via our Phoenix fundraising page - every single penny goes direct to Children’s Hospice South West.

Thank you in advance for all of your support.
